付着防止シュート
柔軟性のあるシュート内管を空気圧によりパルス振動させ、シュート内管に付着した粉体を剥離する投入シュートです。
- シュート内の付着を最小限まで抑えることができるため、閉塞防止に役立ちます。
- 付着が原因でシュート内が閉塞したり、付着が成長し落下することによる過量投入などを防ぎます。
- 振動、打撃機器に比べて静音で、メンテナンスが容易です。
- 既存のシュートとの入れ替えができます。

Adhesion Prevention Chute
This is an input chute that pulsates and vibrates a flexible chute inner tube with air pressure to peel off powder adhering to the chute inner tube.
- Prevent obstruction by minimizing adhesion inside the chute.
- Prevents clogging caused by adhesion of powder inside the chute and the problem of excessive feeding caused by adhered powder that builds up and falls off.
- Quieter and easier to maintain than vibration and striking equipment.
- Easy to be replaced from existing chute to adherence prevention chule.
