- 電動シリンダにより、高速で精密な制御が可能です。

FLE-KARU FEEDER
- Vibration of the feeder is transmitted to the flexible hopper-conical so that occurrence of bridging, rat hole, etc. is prevented.
- There is no need to install knockers and vibrators.

- The vacuum pumps in the piFLOW® series are of a nozzle cartridge structure that adopts the new multi-ejector type based on COAX® technology.
- Because of use of nozzle cartridge structure, nozzles can be mounted on and removed from the pump housing, and a wide range of conveyance capacity can be supported by increasing or in the number of nozzles, thereby realizing operation with outstanding energy efficiency.

The container discharge section is a butterfly valve type product with a simple structure.

- By using a special discharge station, the drive unit of the butterfly valve is installed on the station side, and the butterfly valve can be automatically detached and opened.

FLE-CON Discharger
This is a powder discharging unit that solves the problems of dust generation and residual powder when discharging powder from a flex.
- Flat seals (air inflation type) and clamps can be selected for the discharge port of the flex.
- It is easy to set the main unit and the flex.
- Seal the discharge section to prevent dust generation.
- Optionally, the discharge promotion FLE-CON receiver hopper can be selected.
- Optionally, you can choose a discharge promoting FLE-CON extruder.
Automatic Bag-Opening System
POWDER DUO
This automatic powder paper bag opening machine uses a combination blade and a needle blade to minimize the amount of powder remaining in the bag.
- The system can realize a bag opening rate of 200 bags per hour or above by a single unit.
- With the traverse type feeder, paper bags are brought into the bag opening system without being rubbed.
- A single unit of the bag-opening equipment can open paper bags in various sizes.
(There is limitation depending on ratio of length and width.) - With the use of a sharp-edged cutter, the amount of scrap pieces is minimized and empty bags are separated after cutting to be taken away.
Automatic Suction System
POWDER WARP (Patent granted)
This is a powder paper bag automatic suction device that inserts a nozzle from the top of an opened paper bag and sucks and pneumatically transports the powder to take out the powder at any place.
- Foreign matter attached to the bag surface is not contaminated.
- Powder is efficiently discharged by optimal operation of the suction nozzle from the top of a paper bag that is unsealed and set.
- The movable bag holding device helps prevent paper bags from being sucked into the nozzle.
- Air blown in from the suction nozzle can minimize the amount of residual powder in bags.
- Suction action can be set to best suit to properties of each powder material.






Loading System
- The glove box type that enables operation in conditions where inside air is isolated from outside air can protect workers from powder dust. Further, scattering of powder dust in the work environment is prevented.
