- 吸引ノズルの手動昇降操作を、バランスシリンダにより補助します。
- 4本の紙袋押えにより、効率的に吸引ノズルの空間を確保します。
- 紙袋押えの先端からのエアブロー及び、紙袋カセット下のバイブレータにより、袋内の残留粉を最小限に抑えます。
- エアー駆動機器のみによる構成により、防爆エリアでの使用が可能です。
- 吸引ノズル及び紙袋押えの脱着が容易です。
Suction System
POWDER WARP LITE
- The balance cylinder facilitates manual ascending or descending of the suction nozzle.
- Four paper-bag holders efficiently secure the space for the suction nozzle.
- The air blower at the tip of each paper-bag holder and the vibrator underneath the paper-bag cassette minimize the amount of powder remaining in the paper bag.
- The structure employs an air drive equipment only. It also can be used in an explosion proof area.
- The suction nozzle and paper-bag holders can be easily removed and reset.
Container Series
Cone Valve Type Container (ACC)
- The handling of the many kind powders by the container unit is possible.
- Especially suitable for an automatic transportation system.
- Also useable as a feeder for measurement when used together with a cone valve.
- The discharge amount can be freely set by adjusting rising height and operation time of the cone valve.
- The discharge station can be shared with multiple ACCs.

Vibration Type Damper Feeder
KARUGARU Feeder
- With 4-20mA input in the electric-pneumatic positioner, the damper valve opening position is arbitrarily adjustable.
- Most suitable for quantitative feeding or weight measuring.
- The Body of valve can be disassembled without use of tools and are also easily washable.
- When used in combination with the discharge accelerator (vibrator type), discharge is made even more smooth.
- It can respond widely because the valve opening can control until wide from slight range.
Vibration Type Feeder
FLE-KARU FEEDER
- Vibration of the feeder is transmitted to the flexible hopper-conical so that occurrence of bridging, rat hole, etc. is prevented.
- There is no need to install knockers and vibrators.
- As powder can be discharged from the hopper in a stable manner, feeding accuracy of the feeder is improved.
- In the cleaning parts are hopper and trough, and can be easy disassembly cleaning as lightweight.

Vacuum Conveyor
- The vacuum pumps in the piFLOW® series are of a nozzle cartridge structure that adopts the new multi-ejector type based on COAX® technology.
- Because of use of nozzle cartridge structure, nozzles can be mounted on and removed from the pump housing, and a wide range of conveyance capacity can be supported by increasing or in the number of nozzles, thereby realizing operation with outstanding energy efficiency.
- As the structure of the nozzle cartridge enables disassembly and cleaning, pump service life has been greatly extended.

Butterfly Valve Type Container (ABC)
The container discharge section is a butterfly valve type product with a simple structure.
- The container system is suitable for small-volume, multi-product production.
- Lot management and product type switching are also easy.
- By using a special discharge station, the drive unit of the butterfly valve is installed on the station side, and the butterfly valve can be automatically detached and opened.

- As the cone valve drive unit is mounted in the upper section, the powder discharge port only has the chute.
- A single drive unit can operate multiple containers.
- The discharge port size and container capacity/configuration can be freely designed.
- The bridge breaker can be installed to the drive shaft, it corresponds to a variety of powder.

Cone Type Discharge Valve(ACV)
- Regardless of the amount of powder in the storage hopper, discharge or powder stoppage can be freely performed.
- The discharge amount can be freely set by adjusting rising height and operation time of the cone valve.
- Also useable as a feeder for measurement by controlling a wide variety of discharge amount.
- The vibrator mounted inside the cone valve can be operated at any time, thus preventing occurrence of bridging and rat holes.

VIBRO-Discharger
- By increasing the diameter of the discharge port of a large-sized silo and by applying vibration, complete discharge is made possible.
- By suspending the discharger with a chain, no vibration is transmitted to the silo in the upper section, thus reducing occurrence of cracks on the joint and powder clogging on the upper section.
- Available in a variety of sizes, it can support various silos. Also mountable on existing silos.

FLE-CON Discharger
This is a powder discharging unit that solves the problems of dust generation and residual powder when discharging powder from a flex.
- Flat seals (air inflation type) and clamps can be selected for the discharge port of the flex.
- It is easy to set the main unit and the flex.
- Seal the discharge section to prevent dust generation.
- Optionally, the discharge promotion FLE-CON receiver hopper can be selected.
- Optionally, you can choose a discharge promoting FLE-CON extruder.
Automatic Bag-Opening System
POWDER DUO
This automatic powder paper bag opening machine uses a combination blade and a needle blade to minimize the amount of powder remaining in the bag.
- The system can realize a bag opening rate of 200 bags per hour or above by a single unit.
- With the traverse type feeder, paper bags are brought into the bag opening system without being rubbed.
- A single unit of the bag-opening equipment can open paper bags in various sizes.
(There is limitation depending on ratio of length and width.) - With the use of a sharp-edged cutter, the amount of scrap pieces is minimized and empty bags are separated after cutting to be taken away.
Automatic Suction System

This is a powder paper bag automatic suction device that inserts a nozzle from the top of an opened paper bag and sucks and pneumatically transports the powder to take out the powder at any place.
- Foreign matter attached to the bag surface is not contaminated.
- Powder is efficiently discharged by optimal operation of the suction nozzle from the top of a paper bag that is unsealed and set.
- The movable bag holding device helps prevent paper bags from being sucked into the nozzle.
- Air blown in from the suction nozzle can minimize the amount of residual powder in bags.
- Suction action can be set to best suit to properties of each powder material.

POWDER WARP F (Patent pending)
- The flexible container bag is safe because it's placed on the ground while in use.
- The suction extraction method allows loss of powder to be suppressed to a minimum.
- Foreign substances adhering to the outer surface of the flexible container bag don't contaminate the inside of the bag.
- Because a load cell is attached, it's capable of a wide variety of processes.
- Everything except the attachment and detachment of the flexible container bag is an automated operation.
原理

- 吊り上げたフレコンバッグの上部開口に、ノズルを差し込んで粉体を吸引します
- 左右に独立した吊上げ機構を有し、交互に昇降させることで、フレコンバッグ内の粉体を移動させ、また、ブリッジブレーカとして機能し、更に効率よく粉体を吸引できます
- プッシャー(大)はフレコンバッグの任意の高さで作動でき、粉体を中央に押し集め吸引能力を高めます
- また同時に、ブリッジブレーカ機能も果たします
- プッシャー(小)は粉体が少なくなった時に、中央に押し集めます
- 吸引ノズルに付属している特殊ノズルからジェットエアを噴射することにより、粉体残量を少なくできます
- 吸引ノズルの動作は、パラメータ設定による自動昇降運転が可能で、吸引の条件(粉体物性、能力等)により、最適な動作を選択できます

Adhesion Prevention Chute
This is an input chute that pulsates and vibrates a flexible chute inner tube with air pressure to peel off powder adhering to the chute inner tube.
- It helps prevent obstruction by minimizing adhesion within the chute.
- This prevents the chute from becoming clogged due to adhesion, or overdosing due to the growth and fall of adhesion.
- It is quieter and easier to maintain than vibration and striking equipment.
- The shoot can be replaced with an existing chute.
