開封した紙袋の上部からノズルを差し込み、粉体を吸引空気輸送して、任意の場所で粉体を取り出す自動吸引装置です。
- 紙袋表面についた異物は混入しません。
- 開封しセットされた紙袋上部から、吸引ノズルの最適動作により、効率よく粉体を取り出します。
- 袋押え装置により、紙袋が吸引ノズルに吸着されるのを防ぎます。
- 吸引ノズルからのエアブローにより、袋内の残留粉を最小限に抑えます。
- 吸引動作は、各粉体の物性に合わせた最適な設定が可能です。

This is a powder paper bag automatic suction device that inserts a nozzle from the top of an opened paper bag and sucks and pneumatically transports the powder to take out the powder at any place.
- Foreign matter attached to paper bag surface is not contaminated.
- Powder is efficiently discharged by optimal operation of the suction nozzle from the top of a paper bag that is unsealed and set.
- The bag holding device helps prevent paper bag from being sucked into the nozzle.
- Air blow from the suction nozzle can minimize the amount of residual powder in bags.
- Suction action can be set to best suit to properties of each powder material.
