バキュームコンベア
- piFLOW®シリーズのバキュームポンプは、ノズルカートリッジ構造としたCOAX®技術による新しいマルチエジェクタ方式を採用しています。
- ノズルカートリッジ構造によりポンプハウジングからノズルの脱着が可能になり、ノズル本数を増減することで幅広い粉体輸送能力にも対応ができ、エネルギー効率に優れた運転が行えます。
- ノズルカートリッジは分解洗浄可能な構造で、ポンプの寿命は大幅に延長します。
「真空」→「固気分離」→「排出」のサイクルを断続的に行うことにより粉体輸送を行う装置です。

- The vacuum pumps in the piFLOW® series are of a nozzle cartridge structure that adopts the new multi-ejector type based on COAX® technology.
- Because of use of nozzle cartridge structure, nozzles can be mounted on and removed from the pump housing, and a wide range of conveyance capacity can be supported by increasing or in the number of nozzles, thereby realizing operation with outstanding energy efficiency.
- As the structure of the nozzle cartridge enables disassembly and cleaning, pump service life has been greatly extended.
