ミニコンベア
バグフィルタを使用せずに、簡易に粉体輸送を可能としたコンパクトな輸送装置です。
- 従来、微粉の受入には大型のバグフィルタを使用した輸送装置を必要としておりましたが、ミニコンベアはカートリッジフィルタを採用してコンパクト化に成功しました。
- フィルタの洗浄は、ブロアの排出エアをわずかな弁操作(自動)により逆洗エアとして使用しておりますので、他のエア源は一切不要です。
- 紙袋、ペール缶、フレコンバッグ等から、サイロ、ホッパ、溶解槽等への粉体の移送を簡便に行えます。

- For feeding fine powder, it was conventionally necessary to use a conveyor with a large-sized bag filter. In this regard, we have succeeded in compactification with our Mini Conveyor that uses a cartridge filter.
- For cleaning the filter, no extra air supply source is required because the discharge air from the blower is used as the backwash air by the minimal valve operation (automatically).
- To silos, hoppers, dissolving tanks, easily conveying the powder of paper bags, pails, flexible container bags.
